What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sales are final and cannot be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must have the tag, be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

International Shipments may be subjected to import tariffs, which are to be paid by the receiver. We cannot refund items returned by refusal to pay such tariffs.

Any tariffs charged to FitZee upon returning the original items will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or store credits are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 business days.

We will do everything in our capability to make sure that you are happy with your purchase.

I have received a gift, but would like to return it. Can I?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

My return has been approved, but I haven't received my refunds. What do I do?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

International Shipments may be subjected to import tariffs, which are to be paid by the receiver. 

We use DHL for international freight. They do not ship to P.O. boxes, only physical addresses.

If DHL considers your delivery address a remote area, a $40 charge will be added to the total. But don't worry, we will contact you before fulfilling the order. 

This is a carrier imposed fee, thanks for understanding.

Shipments sent to Russia may only be sent to commercial addresses. The rates are also different, and FREE SHIPPING only applies to orders over $300.

Shipments to Oman and Poland also have different rates, and FREE SHIPPING with DHL only applies to orders over $350. Shipments sent via USPS take 6-10 business days, but regular rates apply.

ATTENTION: Transit times can vary due to volume and regular processing at customs, when it comes to international orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our products in stock usually ship within 24 hours. We process all pre orders every Monday, and shipping from the manufacturer takes 6 business days.

Once the order is shipped by us, domestic orders take anywhere from 1 to 3 business days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times vary between 2 and 5 business days, depending on location and customs processing times.

What if a product is out of stock? Can I still order it?

Yes, you are welcome to do so for products that are still being manufactured by our suppliers. Your order should ship within 7 to 15 business days, depending of when you place the order.

Since our products all come from Brazil, and therefore have to go through customs, there is a chance of delays, but since we have great relationship with our suppliers, we typically have products shipped fast enough to avoid such delays.

And in case they do occur, rest assure that we'll do our best to make it up to you!

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Our checkout process is powered by both Shopify and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, FitZee has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
